Overview
Rotary offers many ways for young people to get involved in their local community as well as supporting international projects. One way is by sponsoring and mentoring service clubs specifically designed for young people
of all ages!
There are two levels of school based service club we currently support (Earlyact & Interact). Read below for more information or contact us by clicking the button below.
Interact
Interact clubs bring together young people ages 12-18 to develop leadership skills while discovering the power of Service Above Self. Find out how serious leadership can be seriously fun.
Interact clubs organize at least two projects every year, one that helps their school or community and one that promotes international understanding. Rotary club sponsors mentor and guide Interactors as they carry out projects and develop leadership skills.
Currently Sponsored Clubs
Earlyact
Earlyact is a school based service club for students from ages 5 to 13. It is sponsored by a local Rotary Club in the area in which the school is located. The mission and operation of Earlyact are closely linked to the
ideals of Rotary and provide the foundation and natural succession into Interact.
Earlyact provides young students the opportunity for gaining an increased awareness and knowledge of their community and the world. At a young age, all students can easily be encouraged to be caring and helpful. Their
minds are open to recognize the dignity and worth of each individual which builds respect for others.
Earlyact also engages students in character-building activities and prepares them for leadership roles to identify and carry out projects which benefit their school, local and global communities.
